Terms of Service

1. Who we are and acceptance

These terms govern your use of limeleads.io (the "Site"), operated by Lime Leads, a trading name of Zachary Jay Bray, 35 Banders Rise, Guildford, GU1 2SL, United Kingdom ("Lime Leads", "we", "us"). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What we do

Lime Leads generates and sells exclusive business-finance inquiry leads to lenders, brokers and ISOs in the United States. The Site is informational: it describes our services and lets you book a call or apply for a trial. Any purchase of leads is governed by the specific terms agreed between you and us for that engagement, such as an order confirmation or written agreement. If those specific terms conflict with these, the specific terms win for that engagement.

3. Business use only

The Site and our services are offered to businesses and business professionals only, not to consumers. By engaging us you confirm you are acting for business purposes and have authority to bind the business you represent.

4. Leads and qualification

Lead qualification criteria, exclusivity terms, delivery methods, volumes and pricing are as agreed per engagement. Where we state qualification standards on the Site, they describe our general screening approach and may be tailored per client. Leads are supplied for your own use in offering business financing and may not be resold or redistributed without our written consent.

5. Replacements

Where a replacement policy applies to your engagement, leads that fail the agreed validity criteria (for example, unreachable or fictitious contact details) will be replaced in line with that policy. Replacement policies cover lead validity, not whether a lead ultimately takes funding.

6. Payment

Prices, deposits and payment terms are as stated in your order or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, trial batches are invoiced as described at the time of order.

7. Compliance

You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including licensing, marketing and telemarketing rules that govern how you contact and serve the leads we deliver. We are responsible for collecting leads in line with the consent language presented at the point of collection.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them except as needed to view the Site.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, and loss of business arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud. Our total liability in connection with the Site is limited to $100. Liability in connection with a purchase of leads is governed by the terms of that engagement.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site or of leads we supply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the terms of a specific engagement state otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
